Istotnym elementem tych dzia\u0142a\u0144 by\u0142o wdra\u017canie systemu zarz\u0105dzania informacj\u0105 produktow\u0105 (PIM) oraz rozw\u00f3j dedykowanych aplikacji mobilnych. Finansowanie tych projekt\u00f3w obejmowa\u0142o zar\u00f3wno nak\u0142ady inwestycyjne, jak i wybrane koszty operacyjne zwi\u0105zane z ich wdro\u017ceniem.<\/p>\n<p>W obszarze rzeczowych aktyw\u00f3w trwa\u0142ych zrealizowano nak\u0142ady w wysoko\u015bci 2,6 mln z\u0142 netto. Inwestycje te obejmowa\u0142y modernizacj\u0119 obiekt\u00f3w i infrastruktury technicznej Centrali Sp\u00f3\u0142ki oraz projekty zwi\u0105zane ze zr\u00f3wnowa\u017conym rozwojem (ESG), wspieraj\u0105ce efektywno\u015b\u0107 energetyczn\u0105 i operacyjn\u0105.<\/p>\n<p>W okresie sprawozdawczym Sp\u00f3\u0142ka naby\u0142a nieruchomo\u015bci gruntowe o \u0142\u0105cznej powierzchni 1,1 ha. Zakup obejmowa\u0142 teren o powierzchni 3.000 mkw. zlokalizowany w bezpo\u015brednim s\u0105siedztwie Centrali Sp\u00f3\u0142ki oraz dzia\u0142k\u0119 o powierzchni 8.000 mkw. przylegaj\u0105c\u0105 do kompleksu Hotelu S\u0142oneczny Zdr\u00f3j. Planowane nak\u0142ady stanowi\u0105 element realizacji strategii rozwoju Sp\u00f3\u0142ki na lata 2026\u20132028 i obejmuj\u0105 przede wszystkim inwestycje w obszarze technologii, logistyki, transformacji energetycznej oraz modernizacji wybranych aktyw\u00f3w operacyjnych.<\/strong><\/p><p>Najwi\u0119ksz\u0105 pozycj\u0119 w strukturze nak\u0142ad\u00f3w stanowi\u0105 wydatki na transformacj\u0119 technologiczn\u0105, na kt\u00f3re przewidziano 6,0 mln z\u0142. \u015arodki te maj\u0105 zosta\u0107 przeznaczone na automatyzacj\u0119 proces\u00f3w, rozw\u00f3j \u015brodowiska e-commerce oraz rozbudow\u0119 narz\u0119dzi analitycznych. Dzia\u0142ania te maj\u0105 wspiera\u0107 popraw\u0119 efektywno\u015bci operacyjnej oraz dalsz\u0105 cyfryzacj\u0119 proces\u00f3w w ramach federacji PSB.<\/p><p>R\u00f3wnolegle zaplanowano kontynuacj\u0119 programu modernizacji infrastruktury Centr\u00f3w Logistycznych w We\u0142czu i W\u0105brze\u017anie. W 2026 roku nak\u0142ady w tym obszarze obejm\u0105 m.in. wdro\u017cenie rozwi\u0105za\u0144 zwi\u0119kszaj\u0105cych wykorzystanie powierzchni magazynowej. Inwestycje te stanowi\u0105 pierwszy etap szerszego programu modernizacji logistyki zaplanowanego na lata 2026\u20132029.<\/p><p>W obszarze modernizacji maj\u0105tku operacyjnego zaplanowano wydatki na poziomie 3,5 mln z\u0142. Najwi\u0119ksz\u0105 pozycj\u0119 stanowi planowany remont plac\u00f3wki Mr\u00f3wka w Busku-Zdroju oraz modernizacj\u0119 infrastruktury Hotelu S\u0142oneczny Zdr\u00f3j.<\/p><p>W ramach dzia\u0142a\u0144 zwi\u0105zanych z transformacj\u0105 energetyczn\u0105 i realizacj\u0105 cel\u00f3w ESG przewidziano 1,0 mln z\u0142 na inwestycje energetyczne, obejmuj\u0105ce instalacj\u0119 farmy fotowoltaicznej o mocy 300 kWp na terenie Centrali oraz modernizacj\u0119 uk\u0142ad\u00f3w kompensacji mocy biernej.
